How we use your personal data
AIMA stores the personal data you enter on the membership forms for the purpose of communicating with you, that is sending you information about events organized by AIMA and associated organizations, and sending you the AIMA newsletter.
The information will not be available on-line, will only be shared with the relevant AIMA officers, and WILL NOT BE SHARED WITH ANY THIRD PARTY without your EXPLICIT consent.
Your rights
AIMA has adopted the principles of the European General Data Protection Rules. By accepting the AIMA policy when you apply for membership you accept AIMA’s right to use your data as defined above.
You have the right to see your personal data AIMA holds, and also have the right to op-out of these conditions, in which case AIMA will delete any data it has about you. In both cases please contact our membership secretary.
